Student-Leadership Training

As part of OTM’s mission, to raise teenagers around the world as future leaders of the church, the ministry is committed to offer leadership trainings for students who wish to be raised as builders of the kingdom of God and serve Him through their God-given talents.

Through these student-leadership trainings, OTM provides the opportunity for adolescents to learn the leadership skill that they need for their future works to serve the church and their community.

In these trainings, students work closely with qualified adult mentors who are devoting their lives to God and are experienced in specific areas and fields in the church.
